The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondents to pay of Pay Band Rs.5200-20200 and Grade Pay of Rs.1900 as well as giving benefit of ACP to the petitioner.
It has been stated that the petitioner was posted as fitter in U.P. Jal Nigam Varanasi (at present posted at Ballia) and the petitioner is entitled to salary in aforesaid pay band with grade pay of Rs.1900/- as well as benefit of ACP, which has been granted to the employees of U.P. Jal Nigam.
The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Chief Engineer, Varanasi Division, Varanasi(respondent-4) along with all the necessary papers and a certified copy of this order before him within a period of two weeks. In case any application is filed respondent-4 shall decide the same with a reasoned order within two months thereafter.
