Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the Court below to decide the application seeking ex-parte interim injunction against the defendants, who had not appeared before the Court below despite due notice.
Be that as it may, a perusal of the order sheet indicates that the defendant no. 2 has moved an application under Order 9 Rule 7 readwith Section 151 CPC. The Court below has refused to grant ex-parte injunction without notice to the defendants.
There are 10 defendants in the suit.
In the said situation, no positive direction as such can be issued.
The Court below shall make all endeavour to decide all pending applications in according with law.
