Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to grant some more time to appear before the court concerned in pursuance of the order dated 11.08.2014.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that in case the applicant appears before the court concerned on or before 24.9.2014, the direction issued by this court vide order dated 11.8.2014 shall be complied with.
Accordingly this application is disposed of.
