Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
The petitioner has prayed for issuance of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent no.2 the Examination Controller of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad (U.P.) to declare the result of the petitioner for B.A. Part III with Roll No. 5277135 for the subject Sanskrit and Education for the year 2016.
With the consent of learned counsel for the respective parties the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to consider the petitioner's representation/ application dated 16.3.2018 and the reminders in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner.
