JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner and their family members are not harassed by the respondent Police and the allegations made by the petitioner against the respondents 3 and 4 are false and baseless. He would further submit that the petitioner's son is an accused and he has involved in so many cases.
3. A counter affidavit has also been filed by the learned Public Prosecutor to that effect.
4. Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
