2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Raval, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 had placed on record communication dated 24.03.2011, wherein it is stated that Board has recommended that the administration of the School be handed over to respondent no. 2 - State.
3. In view of the aforesaid communication, the respondent State is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of. Direct Service is permitted.
