1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant permitting him to join respondent no. 3 as party respondent in Civil Application No. 8414/2011 as well as in Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 151/2011.
2. Having heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective parties and considering the fact that respondent no. 3 has purchased the disputed property in question subsequently and after the judgment and decree is passed by the learned trial Court, the present application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to join respondent no. 3 as party respondent no. 3 in Civil Application No. 8414/2011 as well as Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 151/2011. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
3. Registry is directed to amend the cause title of the aforesaid Civil Application No. 8414/2011 as well as Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No. 151/2011 accoridnlgy.
