Heard Sri Vivek Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sheikh Moazzam Inam, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and Sri Pradeep Kumar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the respondent no.4 that the petitioners have earlier approached this Court by filing a writ petition being Writ-C No. 16518 of 2019, which was dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 14.05.2019, as the petitioner no.2 was not of marriageable age.
In view of the above, this is a second writ petition for the same cause of action, therefore, it is not maintainable.
This writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
