Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and learned Counsel for the respondents.
A plain reading of the order passed by the learned Single Judge discloses that the appellant has really no case at all. These are the second innings. She failed to establish her case in the first innings after exchange of affidavits. She seeks to rely on some evidence collected under the Right to Information Act. A cost of rupees one lac has also been imposed on her by the learned Single Judge.
We are not inclined to interfere in the order passed by learned Single Judge, however, we leave it open to the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge for any modification, which she seeks in the order of costs.
The Special Appeal is disposed of as above. No costs.
