RULE.
Mr.D.G.Shukla, learned advocate appears for the respondent-GPSC and Mr.Alkesh N. Shah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the State and waive service of rule in all matters.
Considering the interim relief as prayed for the same cannot be granted at this stage as the same would amount to allowing the petition. However, any further action that may be taken by the respondents shall be subject to the further orders of this Court.
The parties are directed to complete the pleadings latest by 29.02.2012. It would be open for the petitioner to request this Court for fixing the matter for final hearing.
