By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that the Tehsildar is constructing space for Tehsil Bar Association-respondent no. 4 on the land of the petitioner.
That being the case, the petitioner has remedy of filing a suit for getting the respondent no. 4 injuncted from the property in question. In writ proceeding no such direction can be given.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
