. RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri S. SURENDER REDDY presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not investigating crime no. 49 of 2014 of Chilkur Police Station, Nalgonda District which was registered for the offence U/sec.147, 148, 324, 171(f) r/w 149 of IPC against the respondents 10 to 22 and not taking any further action against respondents 10 to 22 according to the provisions of the criminal law as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of process of law and against the law and consequently direct the respondents to take necessary legal action against the respondents 10 to 22 in pursuance of the registration of Cr.No.49/2014 on the file of P.S. Chilkur, Nalgonda District in the interest of justice.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. SURENDER REDDY, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable 3rd June, 2014 to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
