ORDER:
“ In pursuance of the order dated 20.11.2014 passed by this Court, the parents of the Lingeneni Bharat Bhusan (husband), father of Mandava Mohana Nagalakshmi (wife), M.N.Nagalakshmi along with the minor child – Harshal are present before this Court.
We have elaborate counseling with all of them and the parents of L.B.Bhusan and his father-in-law have expressed their agony to see that the husband and wife live together happily and it is their desire and they will try to speak to both the husband and wife and make them understand to live together happily. The wife has expressed her willingness to join her husband as stated in the Joint Affidavit filed by her and her husband in A.S.No. 538 of 2012. After having elaborate counselling, we are of the view that it is desirable to allow the wife and husband to have personal conversation between them and also the parents of both the parties, and then proceed with the matter further.
Hence, list these matters on 12.12.2014.”
