HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1508 of 2014 ORDER :
The defendants in O.S.No.162 of 2011 filed the present civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam to dispose I.A.No.246 of 2013 within a reasonable period.
2. The material placed before the Court would disclose that the petitioners filed I.A.No.246 of 2013 under Rule 27(4) of Agency Rules, for setting aside the ex parte decree dated 08.02.2013 passed in O.S.No.162 of 2011 by the learned Sub Divisonal Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam. It is stated that till date no orders are passed in the I.A.
3. Since I.A.No.246 of 2013 was filed in the year 2013 and as the same is still pending, it would be appropriate to dispose of the same as early as possible.
4. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate & Special Assistant Agent to Government (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam to dispose of I.A.No.246 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition, shall stand closed.
