Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court with request to command the respondent no.3 to decide the application/representation dated 01.11.2019 for considering her grievance on the post of Aganwadi Karyakatri from the post of Aganwadi Sahayika.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.3, District Programme Officer, District Kushi Nagar to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law after expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
