The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's further promotion is stalled on account of the pendency of the writ petition and therefore, prays for leave of this M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., AP Court to withdraw this writ petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition, as and when the cause of action arises and also made an endorsement to that effect. He has also circulated a letter dated 09.01.2017 to the Registry. 2 In view of the submission of the letter dated 09.01.2017 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty sought for, is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
