The Registry has put up a Note dated 17.10.2012 stating that by order dated 13.09.2012, this Court had directed the learned advocate for the petitioner to file an application, in order to bring the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondents Nos.1 and 8 on the record of the petition. However, upto 17.10.2012, the application for bringing heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondents on the record has not been filed.
Learned advocate for the petitioner may take steps in order to bring the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased respondents Nos.1 and 8 on the record of the petition on, or before, the next date of hearing.
