1. This Court on 13.09.2012 passed the following order :
The endorsement on the Board indicates that respondents Nos.1 and 8 have expired. The learned advocate for the petitioner may take necessary steps in order to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased-respondents on, or before, the next date of hearing.
List on 18.10.2012.
2. However, the legal heirs were not brought on record for around three months and this Court on 19.12.2012 again granted time to bring the legal heirs on record. The same has not been done till date.
3. Today, learned advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Sanchela for the petitioner requests for time to take appropriate action for bringing the legal heirs of respondents nos. 1 & 2 on record. As a last chance, time is granted up to 17.01.2013. List on 17.01.2013.
