ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in constructing the electrical sub-station over Ac.0.20 cents of land forming part of Ac.2.00 of land in Sy.No.2122/1 assigned by the Government to the petitioner in the year 1974 as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential declaration that the respondents are not entitled to interfere with his possession and enjoyment of the land.
At the hearing, Mr.P.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that after the writ petition is filed, the respondents 1 and 2 have constructed the sub-station.
In the light of this subsequent event, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. However, the petitioner is left free to file a suit for appropriate relief against the respondents 1 and 2.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.29313 of 2014 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
