2. The second respondent raised industrial dispute under Section 2 A (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act challenging the termination order passed by the petitioner. The Labour Court decided the issue in favour of the second respondent.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced a Memo filed by the petitioner dated 14.09.2017, stating that the Company is not functional any more and the dispute with the respondent has been settled.
4. The said Memo filed by the petitioner dated 14.09.2017 is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
