In a case with similar prayer, this Court has passed an order in W.P.No.5616 of 2004 dated 05.01.2012, wherein it was stated that the employer and employees arrived at a settlement and Memorandum of Settlement reached under Section 18 of the Industrial Disputes Act was also produced by the Management. Recording the said statement of the Management, this court has dismissed the writ petition as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
