… PETITIONER … RESPONDENTS THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO DIRECT RESPONDENT TO CONSIDER THE REPRESENTATION OF THE PETITIONER DATED 21.1.2016, 25.1.2017 AND 28.4.2017 VIDE ANNEX-E, E1 AND E2 RESPECTIVELY TO THE W.P. AND CONSEQUENTLY TO RELEASE THE OUTSTANDING ARREARS OF GRANT-IN-AID AMOUNT TO THE PETITIONER INSTITUTION AT THE EARLIEST AND ETC.
THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2016, 25.01.2017 and 28.04.2017 vide Annex-E, E1 and E2 respectively and consequently to release the outstanding arrears of grant-in-aid amount to the petitioner institution at the earliest.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and in view of the facts of the case, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition with a direction that suitable action, if not already taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner, shall be taken in accordance with law by the competent authority by a speaking order within four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
