Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The only submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that to direct the respondent no.8 Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.18, Deoria to decide the Original Suit No. 495 of 2007 (Nawal Kishore Vs. Mana Devi and others).
In view of the aforesaid, it would serve no purpose to keep the writ petition pending, and therefore the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.8 Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.18, Deoria to decide the Original Suit No.
495 of 2007 (Nawal Kishore Vs. Mana Devi and others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the merits of the claim as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
