Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 20.05.2019 passed by the Tehsildar, Chhata.
In this order, a direction has been issued to the revenue authorities to demarcate pasture land comprised in plot nos. 438 and 439. This demarcation has been ordered because it appears that there exists certain unauthorized occupation over the said land.
The order for demarcation has been challenged on the ground that the petitioner is the owner of plot no. 438/1.
Under the circumstances, challenge to the order directing demarcation is not tenable in law as the petitioner has no reason to be aggrieved.
The writ petition is sheer abuse of the process of the Court. It is accordingly dismissed.
