This criminal revision has been filed by the revisionist against the judgement and order dated 29.07.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.14, Agra Sessions Trial No.870 of 2014 (CNR No. UPAG 1005006-2014) (State vs. Kanhi and others) arising out of Case Crime No.178-A of 2014, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 304, 307, 323, 324, 325 I.P.C., P.S.-
Fatehabad, District- Agra.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
Counsel has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness, much less than any abuse of court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order which reflects judicial application of mind. An additional accused have been summoned by a reasoned order. Evidence as has been adduced in the Court sufficiently discloses the complicity of the accused/ revisionist and it cannot be said that there is any dearth of evidence against him or that there is any element of perversity in the order. Applicant was also named as accused in the F.I.R. and the two witnesses adduced in the Court sufficiently confirm the allegations against him. The evidence as produced in the Court if remains unrebutted is likely to result in conviction. There is no good reason to interfere in the impugned order.
The revision lacks merit and stands dismissed.
