Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the order dated 28.1.2019 passed by the District Magistrate, Kannauj in Case No. 01 of 2019, under Section 14 (1) U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, police station Chhibramau, district Kannauj.
In view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner against the order passed by the District Magistrate, Kannauj under Section 14 (1) of the U.P. Gangsters Act to prefer an appeal, hence the petition is pre mature and is accordingly dismissed.
Certified copy, if any, be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per Rules.
