Learned counsel for applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of this 482 Cr.P.C. application.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court, Farrukhabad to decide the Case No.522 of 2016 (State Vs. Ram Keshav and others) arising out of Case Crime No.0333 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court, Farrukhabad, within stipulated period.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court, Farrukhabad to consider and decide the Case No.522 of 2016 (State Vs. Ram Keshav and others) arising out of Case Crime No.0333 of 2015, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate (Junior Division)/Fast Track Court, Farrukhabad, most expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, before concerned court below, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
