JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 33
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 7202 of 2021 Petitioner :- Mamta And 9 Others Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amit Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Shivam Yadav
Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J.
Petitioners have been transferred to their desired district in terms of the policy for inter-district transfer. Their grievance, however, is that benefit of Clause 15 of Government Order dated 2.12.2019 has not been extended to them, inasmuch as they have not been posted in their desired Gram Panchayat by virtue of Clause 15. The petitioners are the spouse of serving defence officers or officials of central police organization(s).
Sri Shivam Yadav, appearing for the respondent no.4 states that such benefit can be granted only once.
In the facts and circumstances, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioners to represent their grievance before respondent no.4, and their claim for being posted in desired Gram Panchayat shall be considered in terms of the Government Order dated 2.12.2019. Such consideration shall be made within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
