1. Heard S.K. Dubey, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 228 of 2019 (Smt. Mamta Vs. Atish @ Yadvendra & Ors.), under Sections 12, 18, 20, 22 & 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District - Hathras, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hathras.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the above case has been filed by the wife and minor daughter of opposite party no.2, which has remained pending for unduly long period of four months.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
