Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
This Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hathras to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 51 of 2019 under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S. Mahila Thana, District Hathras expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that Applicant no. 1 is wife of O.P. No. 2 and has minor child. The prayer is made that trial court may be directed to expedite the proceeding in this case under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
It is directed that court below shall make all endeavour to decide this case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal hurdle, without permitting undue adjournments to either sides.
With this direction, this application is disposed of without issuing any notice to O.P. No.2 as it is an innocuous order. If the O.P. No.2 feels aggrieved, he may approach this Court.
