This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition supported by an affidavit of Vijay Singh claims to be the husband of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the services of the petitioner has been regularized under Rule 33-G of U.P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board Act, therefore, he does not want to press the present writ petition.
Accordingly, present withdrawal application stands allowed and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
