This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 514 of 2015, Mamta Singh vs. Satya Prakash Singh, under Sections 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Dhoomanganj, District- Allahabad expeditiously within stipulated period of time.
Heard applicant's counsel and learned A.G.A. for the State. Record has been perused.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case at the earliest keeping in view the fact that these proceedings are beneficial in nature and are meant to prevent the vagrancy of destitute and neglected wife and any unnecesary delay in such matters may frustrate the very purpose and object of legislation, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed off.
