This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad to decide 6C-2 application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 in Civil Suit No. 1098 of 2017 (Smt. Mamta Sharma & Others Vs. Smt. Beena Sharma & Others) within a stipulated period.
Considering the facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ghaziabad to decide 6C-2 application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 in Civil Suit No. 1098 of 2017 (Smt. Mamta Sharma & Others Vs. Smt. Beena Sharma & Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
