Petitioners are both girls who are major and are living together. They allege that the private respondents No. 5 to 8 who appear to be their family members are interfering in their life and are not allowing them to live together.
If that is the situation and somebody is interfering and causing harassment in their living, the petitioners may lodge an F.I.R. against those persons or a complaint as may be advised whereupon the State machinery will swing into action to protect the life of the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we refuse to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction in the matter.
