Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Mutation Case No. 188/317 of 2015 (Mamta Mishra Vs. Sonkali) under section 34 of L.R. Act pending in the court of Naib Tehsildar, Handia, Tehsil-Handia, District Prayagraj, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Mutation Case No. 188/317 of 2015 (Mamta Mishra Vs. Sonkali) under section 34 of L.R. Act pending in the court of Naib Tehsildar, Handia, Tehsil-Handia, District Prayagraj shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
