Grievance of the petitioner is that without following the requirements specified in the Government Order, proposal has been sent for appointment of respondent no. 5 on the post of Asha. It is contended that the authorities have not acted fairly in selecting the respondent no. 5 and petitioner's representation is not being examined.
Learned standing counsel points out that pursuant to an order passed by this Court, a Grievance Redressal Committee has already been formed at the level of District Headquarters and that, petitioner's grievance can be examined by such committee.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents, this petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, along with certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith all materials in support of her claim. The authority concerned shall refer the matter to the Grievance Redressal Committee and an appropriate decision would be taken, in that regard, after affording opportunity of hearing to the respondent no. 5, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
