Heard Sri Manvendra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the court below to decide the case No. 368 of 2015 (Smt. Mamta Vs. Amit Kumar and others) under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, P.S. Kotwali, District Fatehpur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Fatehpur within a stipulated and reasonable period.
It is next contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending since 04.04.2015, copy of order-sheet has been filed as Annexure No.2 with the application. Since the matter relates to domestic violence, therefore, I direct the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Fatehpur to consider and decide the case No. 368 of 2015 (Smt. Mamta Vs. Amit Kumar and others) within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.
With this direction, this application is disposed of.
