Hon'ble Abhinava Upadhya,J.
The petitioners are all Constables in P.A.C. They have been transferred to other places, but they have not vacated their official accommodation for more than four years. According to the direction of the Supreme Court no government official can retain government accommodation either after retirement or after transfer.
That being the case, no relief can be granted to the petitioners.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
