1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the High School Marksheet. They got married at Arya Samaj, Gorakhpur and have applied online for registration of their marriage.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Gauri Bazar, District Deoria, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
