This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below for early decision of Case No. 673 of 2014 (Smt. Mamta Bajaj and another Vs. Sharad Chand Bajaj), under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Atarsuiya, District Allahabad pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125 Cr.P.C is pending since 2012.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District Allahabad to decide the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
