JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that the respondent has committed contempt by not complying with the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8747 of 2016, dated 14.06.2016.
2. Today, it has been submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that after enquiry, a case has been registered in Crime No.6 of 2017, on 04.01.2017, for the offences under Sections 420,294(b) and 506(ii) IPC., against the accused persons. Thus, the order has been complied with by the respondent. Hence, no question of contempt arises in this case.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed.
