The petitioner prays for mandamus to declare the inaction of respondents against illegal encroachment and grabbing of Government land situated at Survey No. 162/B-2 of Kandulapuram village, Cumbum Mandal, Prakasam district to an extent of Ac:0-30 cents by the fifth respondent and not acting upon the representations dated 11/8/2009 and 25/9/2009 given by MLA Giddaluru, Prakasam district and also not taking action either to acquire or to take any action against fifth respondent as illegal, arbitatory, unconstitutional and consequently to direct the respondents to take action against fifth respondent.
2. At request the writ petition was passed over and when the matter is called at 02:15 p.m., there is none represents the petitioner.
3. The writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
