When this writ petition was posted on 30.07.2014, in view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed the writ petition to be posted under the caption ‘for orders’. On 06.08.2014 also none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, when the matter is called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court passed over the matter. Even in the post-lunch session when the matter was called, none appears.
In view of the above reasons, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. No costs.
