Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Pursuant to the last order, learned Standing Counsel has placed on the record instructions, which were sought in light of the assertion as made in paragraph 7 of writ petition. The instructions disclose that the case of the petitioner for promotion was duly considered and he was found unsuitable since their existed more than three minor pushiments in the period of consideration.
In view thereof, no cause arises for issuance of the writs as prayed for.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
