The case status report discloses that M.C. No.543/2017 pending on the file of the Additional Family Court, Mysore was disposed of on 21.03.2018.
Hence, the civil petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, the civil petition is dismissed, as the same has become infructuous.
