Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri A.C. Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party.
The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 15110 of 2019 (Smt. Malwati Vs. State of U.P. and Others).
Today when the matter is taken up, Sri A.C. Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party placed instructions dated 18.10.2021 before this Court received from the office of the opposite party, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the counsel for the applicant. It is stated in instructions that the order of the Writ Court has been fully complied with its letter and spirit.
This fact has not been denied by learned counsel for the applicant.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has already been complied with, therefore, no further order is required.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
