(Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.,) The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to forbear them from locating or relocating any second TASMAC retail shop on the north of Survey No.108/1, Ward No.27, Sambakulam, Madurai, by considering his representation, dated 22.06.2017, within a stipulated time.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions from the respondents, would submit that there is no such proposal to locate / relocate any TASMAC in the said land.
3. In the light of the stand taken by the learned Additional Advocate General, the petitioner need not have any apprehension that TASMAC retail shop will be located / relocated in the said land.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
