(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present Civil Application is filed praying that, "2(a) to continue and to extend the interim relief already granted earlier by this Hon'ble Court in Civil Application No.767/ 2012 in LPA No.72/2012 with effect from 19.6.2012 and till further orders."
By order dated 24th January 2012, the Court was pleased to issue rule returnable on 27th February 2012 and was pleased to observe that, " .. .. In light of this development, ad interim relief in terms of para 4(a) till then. Direct service permitted."
2. Learned advocate Mr.K.B. Pujara for the applicant states that ad interim relief granted earlier was continued from time to time, but on 19th June 2012 due to inadvertence the matter could not be mentioned and the ad interim relief could not be got extended. Hence this Civil Application is filed.
3. Taking into consideration the fact that the learned Single Judge was pleased to grant relief which was continued by the Division Bench at the time of issuing rule on 24th January 2012 and that was continued from time to time right upto 19th June 2012, the present application is allowed. Ad interim relief granted earlier is ordered to continue till the next date of hearing, viz. 2nd July 2012.
