The petitioner submitted a representation before the first respondent by Ext.P4. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is the husband and he holds two Passports. On account of non-consideration of Ext.P4 by the first respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court.

In view of the limited request made by the petitioner, the first respondent shall enquire into Ext.P4 complaint and take appropriate action after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the third respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
