Learned counsel for both the parties have stated that corpus (Smt. Ekta Sahani) has severed herself from the company of respondent no. 4 and at present she is residing with her mother Malti Sahani petitioner no. 1, therefore, the present habeas corpus petition has become infructuous.
The habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
